Family Outreach needs your help with our shoe drive for Haiti.

Please set aside 15 minutes, to clean out your closets of used shoes that you rarely wear. Please tie their laces together or pair them with a rubber band, andplace them all in a large plastic bag. Please include your name and e-mail so we can send you a tax deductible receipt and mission updates. Friday evening, please place them outside in a conspicuous place so we can swing by Saturday morning and pick them up.

These shoes will be recycled for use in Haiti, In this developing country’s tropicalclimate the ladies will not use spike heals, wooly felt slippers or boots. All otherathletic, casual, sandals, dress shoes for men, women, or children are greatly appreciated. Shoes that have holes or are visibly torn should be discarded.
